Managed Pickup

When customer drop-off is not practical, KAHU can coordinate a recurring pickup from your facility and bring the material back to our Greenville, SC processing operation. We start with the corridors we can serve reliably today and confirm each address, stream mix, and route fit in the quote.
- Service area: Current live corridors include the Greenville–Spartanburg, Columbia, and Charleston South Carolina metros plus surrounding SC routes. Broader Southeast requests remain address-confirmed during rollout; Atlanta and Charlotte are not advertised as live corridors.
- Minimum volume: The working floor is roughly 50 lbs/month across streams. Smaller programs are directed to customer drop-off at KAHU's Greenville, SC facility, where the economics work better without a dedicated route.
- Cadence: Recurring routes can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly based on volume, route density, and dock constraints. One-off pickup availability is confirmed in the quote.
- Paperwork: KAHU prepares the manifest packet and coordinates the vetted carrier. Your facility and the carrier complete the dock handoff and bill of lading; KAHU returns verified intake weights plus chain-of-custody records.
- Pricing: The existing per-pound brokerage charge remains based on verified Greenville intake weights. Pickup transportation and route coordination are quoted as an explicit corridor-and-cadence component rather than changing the per-pound rate or adding hidden manifest surcharges.
